We ship with the Sda courier and the shipment will always be traceable through the link you will receive in the order fulfillment email.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday approximately from 9 to 18. To facilitate delivery, if you can, indicate an address where someone is always present to collect the package, for example an office or a shop you trust.
In all cases, Sda will make two delivery attempts. If the first one is not successful, a second delivery will be automatically arranged for the following day.
Generally, delivery takes place within 24/48 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances or delays not directly attributable to us.
